Job Costing

Do you know how much it costs to run your business?  Sure you do, you have a great CPA to tell you that...don't you?

Does your CPA or Accountant really help you with the cost of your business?  Rather, do you know that you must capture time, labor and labor burden as well as the cost of material in every product, everyday as oppossed to once a year?

Once we capture the relevant data we must then incorporate a percent of profit.  Sure you're currently capturing profit by simply adding a percent to the cost of your material aren't you?

I have bad news.  That's not the way to do it.  It simply is not the way to do it.

Luis Luarca is an expert in finding and accounting for all relevant costs related to what you produce to sell, where he has helped many businesses understand the cost of production via simple math calculations that must be incorporated into production.  Know that factoring costs is not that simple in that it requries a re-engineering of processes and production flow.

This is why CPAs and Accountants don't work with job costing.

This process is complex and tedious to perfect but accurate job costing generates mountains of financial data that help you make profitable decisions about your business.

Luis Luarca has many client references for you to call and verify how this works.
